Raw material of  calcined bauxite--- remelt ---blown into solid ball .

 

Ceramic foundry sand with reasonable price,take advantage of cost and performance than chromite sand and zircon sand,especially low expansion,unsintered,non pulverse,non craze,non stick( which eliminate the negative infection on the quality of casting),regeneration performance good,and increase the production yield of casting.

 

 

The mature application proves it is an ideal foundry sand for the casting of carbon steel and alloy steel (heat resistant steel, abrasion resistant steel, atmospheric corrosion steel, and other acid and basic steel category). It is widely used as core sand and facing sand.
